Health and Safety considerations should be top priority on any project.
With this service we will not only help you to make sure you comply with the CDM Regulations 2015, by acting as 'Principal Designer' on your project, but also help you to consider a holistic approach to this important subject.
1.
Co-ordinate matters relating to Health and Safety during the Pre-Construction Phase.
2.
Identify and eliminate or control foreseeable risks to the Health and Safety of people constructing or maintaining the works.
3.
Ensure other client appointments comply with their duties under CDM Regulations 2015.
4.
Prepare a Health and Safety file appropriate to the characteristics of the project.
