During this consultation with an architect you can discuss ways in which your property can be enhanced through remodelling the exterior and/or the interior. The sketches we provide will help future buyers see the true potential of your house, and your estate agent will be able to confirm the rise in value or improved desirability these enhancements will make.
1.
Agree a convenient time for an accompanied visit to the property you are selling.
2.
Estate agent to provide floor plans (usually part of the existing property particulars).
3.
Meet with estate agent and architect to discuss property enhancements, feasibility, cost considerations and value implications.
4.
Architect to provide sketch floor plans and sketch perspective views (external) to illustrate property enhancements.
5.
Option to follow up with further desktop studies.
