Once the feasibility of a project has been determined, and the project brief agreed, your architect can now survey your home and build a digital 3D model of what you currently have, and what you hope to achieve.

Once this has been completed, and other information gathered, you can meet with your architect to discuss the proposals and options. This allows you to fully visualise how your new home will look.

1.

An on site measured building survey using a point cloud laser scan, to accurately capture the existing dimensions and elevations of your property.

2.

Production of a digital 3D model of your current home.

3.

Production of design options in 3D, of your future home.

4.

Production of two 3D images of the proposed design, these are incredibly useful if you find it difficult to visualise the potential of a space.

5.

Desktop study to review planning history and context, and collate associated information, including historical drawings where available.

6.

Meeting with your architect to discuss the design options, the potential planning strategies and early stage cost guidance.

7.

Phone consultation to discuss the design proposals followed by a free set of revisions to your drawings, if required.

8.

Guidance on whether you just need a Lawful Development Certificate to certify your permitted development or a full planning application.

9.

When you are happy, you choose your preferred option or a combination of design ideas/way forward. Additional sets of revisions can be purchased if required, see our ‘design revision’ package.
