This project transformed a tired 1970s bungalow into a spacious contemporary family home through the addition of a new upper level and extensive remodelling works. Set within a stunning woodland setting in Penwood, the design carefully responds to the surrounding landscape while creating bright, open and flexible living spaces for modern family life.
Working closely with an energetic and inspiring client and builder team, the project evolved from a long-held vision into an award-winning home. The completed scheme successfully reimagines the original bungalow, giving it a strong architectural identity and a renewed connection to its setting.
