Planning permission was successfully secured for the reunification of two long-established dwellings within a historic building to create a single family home. The division of the property is believed to originate from the historic separation of stabling and staff accommodation associated with the historic country estate. The project involved comprehensive renovation and restoration works, including a loft conversion, selective demolition, landscape improvements, and extensive refurbishment. Key enhancements included the replacement of unsympathetic modern elements with traditional materials, the restoration of the property's original character, and the rationalisation of external spaces. We guided the project through planning and supported its successful delivery on site.
