Planning permission and Listed Building Consent were successfully secured for the redevelopment of a redundant town-centre brownfield site to the rear of Grade II listed buildings on Uxbridge High Street. The scheme delivers five new homes through the sensitive regeneration of underused land, including a new access, landscaping and associated works. Following consent, we assisted the client in discharging planning conditions relating to materials, landscaping and boundary treatments before preparing a comprehensive Building Regulations and technical drawing package to enable construction.
