Ten years after securing planning permission for this landmark scheme in the heart of Hungerford, we are delighted to see the project finally brought to life. The development comprises 10 sustainable two-bedroom apartments and 3 three-bedroom townhouses, designed to achieve near Passivhaus standards within the sensitive context of this historic market town.
We were proud to support the project throughout its full journey — from the original planning application and detailed Building Regulations package through to project management and delivery on site.
