This renovation project of an historic warehouse in the centre of Rumbeke was realised in cooperation with local architect Kristof Maes. The building provides retail uses on the ground floor level and an office for a landscape architect and his team on the 1st and 2nd floors. The new glazed roof extension serves as a meeting room overlooking the adjacent rooftops, surrounded by a ‘green roof’.
